My mind was wandering during church this morning and the Breath of Life came into my thoughts.
Hmmm...Breath of Life
Breathe in, breathe out.
God in, Heather out.
With every breath I take, I can remember God and what He does for me. Breathe in His Spirit, His peace, His wisdom, His mercy.
Breathe out worry, stress, impatience.
God in, Heather out. God in, Heather out.
Breathe deeply now.

ReplyDeleteI tried this once before, but will try again. I loved the sentiments of this blog post. I need to remember to just breathe sometimes. I get too busy and wrapped up with work.
